Woodside Village subdivision has one homeowners association. Woodside Village has approximately 117 homes in it. The homes were built during the years of 1991 -1997. The homes are mostly Colonial and Cape Cod style with a few ranches thrown in. Most of the homes have brick exteriors, 2 & 3 car side entry garages, Asphalt driveways, 3-4 bedrooms, 2 + bathrooms, basements. Square footage of the Colonial and Cape cod homes range from 2900 - 3400 square ft. Square footage of the rances are from 2400 -2600 square ft.
