Northville foreclosures

Here is the latest Northville foreclosure listings as of November 28, 2010. There are only 5 Northville foreclosures which is one of the smallest number of foreclosures in Northville in quite a while. These homes have been on the market an average of 52 days which is average for the area.

Wayne and Oakland County foreclosures are selling relatively quickly if they are in good shape and in a decent city. Some even sell for more than list price.

Northville and Northville Township are actually two separate communities but people refer to them as Northville as if they were one and the same.
